WHO WE ARE
Ana Claudia Padilha is a solicitor qualified to practice law in England and Wales jurisdiction. She graduated in São Paulo, Brazil in 1999. She has previously worked in Brazil and USA. Since 2009, Ana has been assisting clients in the UK in their immigration and family matters. Ana speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Claudio Calogiuri is a solicitor. He has more than 11 years of experience in the legal field, both in Italy and the UK . He specialises in Family and business start-ups. Claudio speaks English, Italian and French.
PRICES
We do not charge for an initial one-off (30 minutes) telephone consultation to discuss your immigration matter
If a client wishes to have a one-to-one consultation we charge £100 plus VAT (where applicable).
As a specialist immigration firm we undertake a broad range of immigration work. We understand that the circumstances of each client is unique which make it difficult to provide a single price that would cover all eventualities. The fees quoted below are for standard individual applications, except where specified. Our fees are fixed fees. Our fees and disbursements are subject to 20% VAT where applicable.

COSTS / DISBURSEMENTS
Costs in a standard immigration case can vary from £30 to £1,500
Please note the anticipated fees are an estimate. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
IN THE PRICES
These fees represent our professional fees for work we will undertake on your case. . Due to the individual nature of each application, the services provided to each client may differ. In general, our services will involve advising you about the relevant law and procedures as well as documentation needed in support of your application; preparing the application for submission, assisting in submitting the application, drafting legal representations; liaising with you and third parties (where necessary) on your behalf and generally dealing with the matter until a decision is reached on the application. VAT will be charged where applicable.
How long will my application take?
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times.
We will normally be able to submit an application within 2-4 weeks of you instructing us and providing we have all the necessary supporting documents, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
IN THE PRICES
Costs / Disbursements are not included in our professional fees, and are subject to 20% VAT where applicable. They can include, but are not limited to the following:

Payments made to the Home Office on your behalf, such as application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, biometrics and biometrics appointments costs etc.;

Payments made to third parties on your behalf, such as HM Revenue & Customs, HM Passport Office, HM Courts and Tribunal Services or to the Land Registry etc.;

Counsel's fees including barristers and/or advocates. We will discuss with you options and costs in relation to Counsel/Advocate before instructing them on your behalf. As a guide, the barrister's fees to represent you at the hearing will be between £750 - £1500 (plus travel costs if applicable). The actual cost will also depend on which barrister/advocate is used (as their fees also depend on experience).

Translation fees: between £30 and 50 per page;

Intepreter fees: approximately £30 per hour (depending on availability). If you need an interpreter then we might need between 3-6 hours for preparing your witness statement. The same applies in relation to any witness(es) who also require the services of an interpreter.

Costs of Experts or Agents. We will discuss with you options and costs in relation to Experts or Agents before instructing them on your behalf;

Non routine postage charges and courier charges;
